Marketing Manager


TESCHGlobal (TG) is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dependable Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives for its sister company HealthLX (HLX). Our ideal candidate is a driven, ambitious individual who is looking for the next challenge in their developing marketing career. This role provides the opportunity to lead the marketing initiatives for a growing organization through management of all day-to-to deliverables within a face-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the HLX brand while orchestrating routine communication with leadership. This individual will be expected to drive event planning, email marketing campaigns, content & collateral development, website development, and social media activity to boost brand awareness and help enable the business development team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and support all marketing initiatives for HLX, sister company of TESCHGlobal
  • Act as the brand ambassador and enforce brand guidelines for the organization
  • Build brand resources (brand messaging, templates, email signature, business cards, and more)
  • Lead the creation of advertisements, visualizations, and email campaigns
  • Develop and manage the company social media accounts and monitor activity
  • Develop necessary presentations inclusive of visuals/graphics for leadership and business development teams
  • Lead the planning and execution of necessary tasks around tradeshows and events to ensure the team is armed with necessary materials and the HLX brand is optimized
  • Perform research into industry trends and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding the company’s reach in the digital space
  • Lead and set the direction of the content development program to broaden the company’s resource materials (blogs, case studies, press releases, video snippets, webinars, etc.)
  • Create and maintain consistent reporting of digital and traditional marketing efforts
  • Assist the Director of Marketing and leadership with administrative and ad hoc needs when re quired


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Psychology, and/or Business Management.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Excellent communicator through various mediums to internal and external audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the Information Technology and Healthcare industries
  • Strong knowledge and experience with content creation/writing
  • Strong knowledge and experience in graphic design
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with marketing applications, Google applications, and CRM tools. (examples: HubSpot, SquareSpace, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Extensive knowledge of business social media best practices and platforms

Data Management Engineer - Talend


TESCHGlobal (TG) is looking for a Modern Data Management Engineer, specifically with Talend development experience,  from the southeast Wisconsin area. The essentials of being Modern are having an overall understanding of end-to-end data management principles and an evolving approach to solutioning; all while utilizing advances in tools and technology. Our ideal candidate is passionate about learning and views problems as opportunities. We are not looking for a “duct-tape” developer; solutions should be repeatable, scalable, and follow TG/industry best practices.
